A mother/daughter team!

Jo Untiedt, President and Managing Broker of Affordable Housing Consultants is  a licensed real estate broker operating since the late 1980's and has over 25 years experience in development and management of affordable housing.
Jo started her career in the 1980's as a multifamily loan officer at the Colorado Housing & Finance Authority.
In 1989, Jo was the Housing Developer for the State Department of Human Services specializing in the creation of housing for people with disabilities.

Faye Untiedt, started the company with Jo in 1995.  She owned a contract painting business for 30 years and had many years of experience in construction and small business management. Faye was a proud Colorado native from the small town of Bristol, Colorado, a small farming community near Lamar in Southeastern Colorado. Regretfully, in 2024 Faye passed away.
