Jo Untiedt, President and Managing Broker of Affordable Housing Consultants is  a licensed real estate broker operating since the late 1980's and has over 25 years experience in development and management of affordable housing.
Jo started her career in the 1980's as a multifamily loan officer at the Colorado Housing & Finance Authority.
In 1989, Jo was the Housing Developer for the State Department of Human Services specializing in the creation of housing for people with disabilities.

Faye Untiedt, Vice President of Affordable Housing Consultants, Inc. owned a contract painting business for 30 years. Faye has many years of experience in construction and small business management. Faye is a proud Colorado native from the small town of Bristol, Colorado, a small farming community near Lamar in Southeastern Colorado.
