Jo Untiedt, President and Managing Broker of Affordable Housing Consultants has been a licensed real estate broker since the late 1980's. Jo started her career in the 80's as a multifamily loan officer at the Colorado Housing & Finance Authority. In 1989, Jo was the Housing Developer for the State Department of Human Services specializing in the creation of housing for people with disabilities.
