First Time Home Buyer Class - This informative four hour class is sponsored by the Colorado Housing Assistance Corporation. We teach the classes in Denver, Englewood, Lakewood and Stapleton. Understanding First Time Home Buyer Programs - Designed for real estate agents, this four hour continuing education class is held at the Colorado Housing Assistance Corporation once per month and provides updated information on the use of first time home buyer programs and recent changes to laws and loan programs. Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Training
This two day workshop provides a day of classroom training and the second day is an actual on-site HQS inspection. The instructors have had years of experience in this field. This program is offered twice per year at the Colorado Housing Assistance Corporation www.coloradohousingassistance.org
