41 units in Delta utilizing USDA 514/516 Farm Labor and Low Income Housing Tax Credits - the first in the U.S. to successfully combine the two funding sources
Cirrus House in Scottsbluff Nebraska, was recently award LIHTC and HOME funds under the Nebraska CRANE process. This will allow 11 more units of housing for people with chronic mental illness. We are excited to be a part of this team!
